PURPOSE

The Tennessee Bandmasters Association, in conjunction with ETSBOA, MTSBOA, and WTSBOA, will recognize two outstanding soloists and one ensemble from each region in an effort to encourage and support the study and performance of significant wind and percussion solo and ensemble literature
